It sounds interesting... but it is debatable if Singaporeans will go for such an idea.

You ought to do a drill-down and bottom-up evaluation to get an approximate valuation for your services. Then plug that value into some surveys of the general population (and i mean general, not just circulated around your area).

You can prob see what is your main customers (if any) of your venture. If there is enough market expectation and mass to sustain your business. Not only that, you can consider what are their values that THEY appreciate. They might want a mobile eatery and not have it stationary. Customers might like to see the sights while eating even if you do not think that they want to.

And if you do go ahead, consider factors such as Sustainable Competitive Advantages (SCA) which is basically what you gonna do if the bigger and better companies open a similar business as yours. How about new entrants to the market? Like bubble tea, there might be an easy access to the market.

Inclusively, consider what are your barriers. For example, your scheme involves the cooking of food. Does the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) of Singapore have any objections to mobile eateries? Even if they do not, would you be sure that your business is capable obtaining the license for selling of food?

These and some other things you have to decide... especially before you incorporate the business as any potential VCs will surely ask you these same questions.
